The program is designed to be light enough that you can actually finish it, and deep enough that you’ll want to revisit it when old patterns flare. All reflections and work are by invitation - there's no mandatory "homework" or "assignments". Life Aligned is built on the fundamental belief that everyone is at a different stage of life, and the work is designed to be available to you at YOUR pace.
If you choose to fully immerse yourself and join the weekly coaching calls, you'll be looking at 2-3 hours a week at the MOST, but it could be as little as 30 minutes a week or nothing at all if you choose to do the minimum or skip it, opting to catch up later. This is designed to support your life - not be another obligation on your plate.
