If you'd like to downgrade, we can talk about that, too, depending on where you're at along your journey. We want you to have the support you need, and we're here for you, whatever that looks like.
What if I can't make one of the live calls?
Not to worry - the group coaching calls are optional and are designed as an additional support for you - to fit into YOUR life. You are under no obligation to attend, and there's no "homework" assigned in these sessions. You'll receive a simple recap so you can still engage with the work, even if you can't be there live.
Is this therapy?
No. This is support along your journey, focused on helping you reconnect with yourself, clarify your priorities, and make aligned decisions. It’s not a replacement for mental health treatment. If you’re currently in therapy, this work can often complement it beautifully—always take guidance from your licensed provider.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a live, limited-capacity container, we don’t offer no-questions-asked refunds. That said, we have complete confidence in our offers, and present them with transparency.
